Mamma Agata's Cooking Class starts at h 10.00 am and finish at h 16.30 pm. The class includes lot of recipes and not only... we will SHARE many old secrets passed down generation to generation for the last 250 years. 

Includes also important technics like: how to cook pasta, to infuse the garlic into the oil, fry healthy and much much more. Our class are demonstration class and not Hands on

    Program of the
    cooking class

    h 10.00 a.m.: welcome meeting with Chiara and Mamma Agata world famous "Lemon cake".

    h 10.30: starts a 3 hours (from 10.30 a.m. to 13.30 p.m.) "demonstration cooking class "

    h 12.30 to h 13.00: visit of the garden and it is possible to pick your own vegetables, lemons or just enjoy the beauty of the garden and the view.

    h 14.00 to h 16.30: lunch on the beautiful terrace of Mamma Agata's home facing the Mediterranean sea and tasting all the food cooked during the cooking class in the morning.

    Facilities: The students will receive upon arrival an apron, a folder with Mamma Agata's recipes, block notes and pen.

    Chiara will assist them during the cooking class and will serve lunch at the end of the class and gives information if requested.
